Sales Manager (Shanghai based, reporting into the Hong Kong office)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated sales person to join a young and fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a great degree of autonomy, who is at home hunting for new business and forging strong client relationships.
The job holders will report administratively to CBBC’s office managers in Shanghai, China, and functionally will report to and be supported by the Head of APAC in Taipei, Taiwan.

Research and market
Liaise with and communicate with contacts/clients in China
Deliver highly effective sales presentations, proposals and negotiations
Drive the adoption of our media and creative service solution offering, whilst growing revenue spend across our product portfolio
Communicate successfully on campaign delivery and performance
In the long term consider whether we should set up our presence in China and propose how this should be done
Experience in advertising sales and new business, ideally within mobile or programmatic sales industry
Strong existing relationships with media agencies. Secondary contacts with client direct also a plus
An excellent track record in developing client relationships with media agencies, growing revenue and winning new business
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the mobile network and programmatic marketplace, including cross-platform performance and brand solutions, audience targeting, supply and demand side platforms, and buying models
An effective and strategic sales approach, continuously delivering and exceeding on client's needs and objectives
An entrepreneurial mindset, with strong time management and organisational skills to maintain own work-flow and meet deadlines
Self-motivation, organisation skill and ability to deal with customers/contacts at the highest level and delivering results
Excellent written and spoken English
Mobile or programmatic industry experience is ideal, but sales experience from other relevant industries are also welcomed
