Onto the questions!

1. What was your first job?

My first job was as a Business, Marketing and Communication Consultant. We helped clients to improve their performance by analysing their business, market, customers, trends, etc and building strong strategies for them to achieve their goals.

2. What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?

Most of my work experience was in marketing and planning, mainly creative agencies, and I had my own consultancy company. We developed a new concept of branding - Behavioural Brands - and helped clients to connect with people putting the brand purpose in the core of their business. I’m also very interested in Anthropology and plan to study the Master in Digital Anthropology at UCL in London.

3. What piece of tech can you not live without?

I couldn’t live without my phone! It’s my alarm, my GPS, my communication tool, it’s an extension of myself.

4. What personality trait do you most attribute to your ability to achieve what you have achieved so far?

Passion for results. Especially in Campaign Management, we can see the results of our actions in real-time so it’s really exciting.

5. What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your career?

Starting in Digital. At the beginning, it is very complex to understand but after a while, it becomes clear, like water.

6. Why did you want a career in adtech?

Because everything is becoming digital and there is no way back. I’ve worked with everything in Marketing and Advertising, but Digital was missing.

7. Can you tell me the most exciting part of the work you do at Adludio?

Campaign Management is like a game. You have clear goals, ownership, action, real-time feedback and recognition. It’s amazing!

8. What do you think will change in the advertising industry in the next 5 years?

Digital Advertising needs more qualitative data and not just trust in numbers. We need to research and read more!
